The Why Behind WIE

Founded in 2002, Women in Experiential (WIE) is a leading organization dedicated to advancing the professional and personal development of women in the live-event and experiential industry.

Our mission is to empower and elevate our community members by providing a platform for education, knowledge-sharing, and networking.

WIE offers a diverse array of programs designed to foster growth and collaboration, including educational meetings, networking events, and mentorship opportunities. Our goal is to equip members with knowledge and connections to excel in their specific roles within the live-event sector.

Join our vibrant community, where achievements are celebrated, collaboration is encouraged, and the advancement of women in the experiential industry is championed.

Zoom Meetups

Our Zoom meetup series provide a welcoming space for women to share their stories, insights, and life experiences. Each session features engaging discussions and inspiring guest speakers. Together, we create a supportive network that celebrates our unique journeys and strengthens our voices in the experiential industry.

Annual Breakfasts

Join us for our annual breakfasts at premier experiential industry events, including ExhibitorLIVE and EDPA Access. These gatherings offer a unique opportunity for women to connect, share experiences, and gain valuable insights from a featured guest speaker. Enjoy a morning of inspiration and networking with fellow professionals, fostering meaningful connections in a supportive environment.

“I was proud to be sitting amongst the best and brightest women in the industry. I think we all felt a sense of camaraderie.”

— Gina Porcaro (Classic Exhibits)

“It was empowering to be sitting in a room full of women who were actively pursuing their careers in the exhibit industry. There’s nothing quite like being with a group of career-oriented women who want to see each other succeed. I am already excited to attend this event next year.”

— Jessica Diers (Diers Exhibits)
